What printing services do you offer?
We specialise in premium business card printing. We offer single-sided and double-sided cards in a range of finishes including uncoated, silk, gloss laminated, matt laminated, textured linen, and 100% recycled stock. All cards are printed in full-colour CMYK on 350gsm+ stock.
What paper stocks are available?
We offer a range of premium paper stocks: 350gsm uncoated (smooth, natural feel), 400gsm silk (smooth with a subtle sheen), 400gsm gloss laminated (vibrant and glossy), 400gsm matt laminated (elegant matte finish), 350gsm textured linen (tactile woven texture), and 350gsm 100% recycled (eco-friendly option). All stocks are thick, durable, and professional.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept print-ready PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, and PSD (Adobe Photoshop) files. All files should be set up in CMYK colour mode at 300dpi with 3mm bleed on all sides. We also provide free downloadable templates for all major design applications.
Can you design my business cards for me?
Yes! Our professional design service starts from just £30 for a single-sided design or £50 for double-sided. This includes a bespoke design tailored to your brand, two rounds of free revisions, and a 48-hour turnaround. Learn more about our design service.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of artwork approval and delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail. If you need your cards urgently, next-day delivery is available for £5.95 — order before 12pm and receive them the following working day.
Do you offer proofreading before printing?
We send a digital proof for every order before printing begins. You'll receive a PDF proof by email showing exactly how your cards will look. We won't go to print until you've reviewed and approved the proof, so you can check for any errors or changes you'd like to make.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is completely free on every order — no minimum spend required. Next-day delivery is available for £5.95 per order. We deliver to all UK addresses including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. See our full delivery information.
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, we offer a next-day delivery service. Simply select next-day delivery at checkout (£5.95) and ensure your artwork is approved before 12pm. Your cards will be printed, dispatched, and delivered the following working day. If you have an especially tight deadline, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your cards arrive damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we'll reprint them free of charge or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of any issues and we'll resolve it promptly.
