Finished size is 85mm x 55mm. Please allow a 3mm bleed on all sides. Mark metallic foil areas clearly, using separate layers or swatches if required. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Resolution must be 300 dpi.
To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when preparing your artwork:
- Supply files in PDF, AI, EPS or PSD format
- Resolution: 300dpi minimum (CMYK colour mode)
- Include 3mm bleed on all edges
- Keep important content 3mm inside the trim line (safe area)
- Convert all fonts to outlines/curves
- Maximum file size: 50MB

What file format should I upload?
We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, JPG and PNG files. For best results, please supply a press-ready PDF with fonts outlined, 3mm bleed, and artwork in CMYK colour mode at 300dpi.
What paper stock should I choose?
It depends on the look and feel you want. Silk is our most popular finish — smooth with a slight sheen. Uncoated has a natural, writable surface. Recycled is eco-friendly with a tactile feel. All stocks are 350gsm or above.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 1–6 working days depending on the delivery speed you choose (Saver, Standard, or Express). After production, delivery is via Royal Mail or DPD — typically next working day. Free UK shipping on every order.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is any issue with your print quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint your order or provide a full refund — no questions asked.
